I have bought several
cars and added to my policy and then when I got stopped by the police they gave a ticket for no
insurance and the
insurance agent came and testified in court that I didnt have
insurance but I have
insurance papers to prove that I do have
insurance. I have been with this company for over ten years. i feel that i have been MISTREATED as a customer and I am going to cancel my
insurance and hope my friends do the same and I really hate to because I enjoy your services but I cannot tolerate this type of treatment.

I just canceled my State Farm Home insurance coverage. I had a sewer backup in my basement Sept. 14 and lost approx. $15,000.00 and was not covered through State Farm. I was never told that I should also take out additional sewer backup insurance coverage. Just purchasing my first home I did not realize that sewer backup's were not be covered with my home owners insurance and that it had to be added separately. State Farm Insurance lied to me stating they had mentioned it to me when definitely they had not. If they had I would have added it since it's just a few more dollars. I never even received a policy packet showing exactly what was covered through the insurance. I also had State Farm years ago for my car insurance and raised my rated tremendously for a car accident even though it wasn't my fault. I had to go elsewhere to get different car insurance . I should have know better that to use them again for my home insurance. No more State Farm of any kind for me. I'm done!

WHAT? I guess this makes sense to the OP. But what does it have to do with Toyota?
